Free SMA Smart Connected service ensures that the operation of the Sunny Boy 3.0-5.0 is monitored automatically and its owner is notified of any inverter errors as they occur. This service maximises the possibility of uninterrupted functioning of the inverter and allows to quickly replace defective parts of the system when needed, at no additional cost.
SMA Smart Connected starts functioning right after its activation when registering the Sunny Boy in Sunny Portal.
SMA Smart Connected service carried out by SMA ensures professional and regular monitoring of the installed inverter, providing continuous support for its customers.
Any errors found in the system are investigated and system owners notified straight away by email. Keeping everyone informed allows to ensure rapid and effective product service by SMA, also to maintain uninterrupted functioning of the system. Next to that, the customer benefits from power reports, which allow to keep the record of their system.
If a malfunctioning inverter is diagnosed, the SMA Smart Connected service ensures the delivery of a new inverter within 1–3 days’ time. Alternatively, a new inverter can be ordered by system installer for immediate replacement.
